Founded in 1991 by Engineer Mohamad Wissam Achour, Achour Holding’s journey began with the establishment of the "Office of Engineer Wissam Achour" which rapidly evolved into Achour Development. This subsidiary grew to become a leading force in real estate and construction, specializing in the development of premium residential towers, commercial centers, and industrial projects.
In 2011, under the guidance of Chairman Mr. Achour, the company expanded its horizons, creating Achour Holding Group. This move broadened its investments to include hospitality, education, and a range of diversified services. Mr. Achour's steadfast dedication to delivering exceptional quality and service has secured its position in both local and international markets.
With over 30 years of experience, Achour Holding continues to diversify its portfolio, extending its footprint into new international markets, including Africa, with plans for further expansion into Europe. Today, Achour Holding stands as a symbol of innovation, integrity, and ambition.

When Achour Holding was founded in Lebanon in 1991, we had one vision in mind – that of building today, for a brighter future for the generations to come. From the beginning, our focus has always been on quality and uniqueness in all our real estate and infrastructure projects. We began with a small portfolio, with just a few buildings across Lebanon. However, through our commitment to excellence, our portfolio began to grow, and Achour Development soon became a full-fledged construction and real estate development company in Lebanon.
